A: Yes. Each piece is sound-charged before dispatch, aligning it energetically before it reaches you. A: Sterling silver is defined by its metallic composition:
- 92.5% Pure Silver: By weight, it must contain a minimum of 92.5% pure silver (Ag).
- 7.5% Other Metals: The remaining 7.5% is typically copper. This is added to increase the metal's strength and durability.
- The common marking you will see on sterling silver items is '925' or 'S925', which indicates the 92.5% purity level.
- Why is it an Alloy? Pure silver (99.9%) is naturally very soft and malleable. If jewelry were made of pure silver, it would bend, scratch, and lose its shape easily. Adding copper creates the alloy (sterling silver), which makes the metal much stronger: It holds its shape better helping to resist dents and scratches more effectively.
- It's suitable for daily wear.
- The one drawback of sterling silver is that the copper component reacts with sulfur in the air and moisture, causing it to tarnish (a dulling or blackening of the surface) over time. However, this is easily cleaned and polished away.

- Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and hairspray.
- Clean them gently using a soft, lint-free cloth or a mild soap and water solution, then pat them completely dry.
- Q: What are delivery timeframes?

A: As an Australian-owned brand focused on quality, your beautiful piece of Jewellery is carefully selected specifically for your order. We offer two options for secure and tracked delivery:
- Standard Delivery: Please allow a tracked delivery time of 15–25 business days. This timeframe ensures every step, from production and the Sound Charging process to our final quality check and insured international shipping, is handled with the utmost care, giving you absolute peace of mind.
- Rapid Delivery: This option is available for selected items only that are already in stock at our Brisbane Warehouse. These items are clearly tagged with the Rapid Delivery icon/image. If your item features this tag, please allow a delivery time of 2–3 business days for this service.
- Delivery times are calculated from the day your order is dispatched.
- Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Q: Do you offer free shipping?
- A: Free standard shipping on Australian orders over $100.
- Q: Where do you ship?
- A: We currently ship Australia-wide, and selected international destinations. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us.
- Q: Will I receive tracking information?
- A: Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- Q: What items cannot be returned?
- A: For hygiene and personalisation reasons, we cannot accept returns on Earrings (unless faulty).
- Q: What if my item arrives faulty or incorrect?
- A: If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with; Your order number, Clear photos of the issue, We will arrange a replacement or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.
