Refund policy

Warranty and Consumer Returns Policy

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to:

A replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.


A repair or replacement if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Where applicable, RuHa Spirit will meet its obligations to provide a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. Full details of your consumer rights can be found at https://www.consumerlaw.gov.au.

Exclusions:

Please do not return any items that have been worn, scratched, altered or damaged in any way.

Items that have been changed in any form will not qualify for the Change of Mind Policy. Examples include but are not limited to:

* All personalised jewellery items

* A ring that has been resized

* Engraved items

* Special orders or Signature Collection items made specifically for a customer's specifications

* Items that are tax free or purchased as an insurance replacement are invalid.

* Any part of a purchase paid with Gift Vouchers or Credit Notes will only be refunded in the same original tender for the same value as the original purchase price.

Conditions of Guarantee

All returns are subject to inspection by our Quality Assurance Team prior to providing any resolution.

Repairs and maintenance during the guarantee period that are not the result of defects in material and/or workmanship will be at the customer’s expense.

Any defects in material and/or workmanship evident during the guarantee period will be remedied by RuHa Spirit through repair, replacement, or refund, depending on whether the defect is a major or minor failure.

To claim a remedy, goods must be returned for assessment with the original purchase receipt or other acceptable proof of purchase.


Exclusions from Guarantee

The Standard Guarantee does not cover:

1) Damage due to ordinary wear and tear.
2) Misuse, accident, alteration, substitution, or abuse.
3) Repairs or alterations performed by someone other than RuHa Spirit.
4) Theft, disappearance, or loss (including loss of gemstones).
5) Wear and tear of rhodium plating on white gold or silver jewellery, as this plating is not permanent.

RuHa Spirit reserves the right to determine whether the jewellery has been subject to any of the above exclusions.

Repairs and Replacements

When jewellery is repaired under guarantee, only the remaining term of the original guarantee will apply.
When jewellery is replaced under guarantee, the new item will come with a new 12-month guarantee from the date of replacement.
