  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination (typically 7–21 business days).

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
  • Free standard shipping on Australian orders over $100.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • You can track your order through the carrier’s website.

Handling & Packaging

  • All items are carefully inspected and packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
  • Fragile items (such as jewellery and crystals) are securely wrapped to prevent damage during transit.

International Duties & Taxes

  • For international orders, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Delayed Shipments
