Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Free standard shipping on Australian orders over $100.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can track your order through the carrier’s website.

Handling & Packaging

All items are carefully inspected and packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Fragile items (such as jewellery and crystals) are securely wrapped to prevent damage during transit.
